Account & Settings

Manage your PowerUp account, plan, connections, and notification preferences.

Dashboard

The Dashboard is your home screen. It shows:

  • Plan — your current plan name and trial status
  • Emails Sent — emails used this month vs. your plan limit
  • Actions Used — automation actions used this month vs. your plan limit
  • Usage charts — 30-day trends for email sending/receiving and action usage
  • Notion connection — your connected workspace with status
  • Databases — list of connected databases with email capability badges

Connections

Connections manages the link between PowerUp and your Notion workspace.

Connecting: Click Connect Notion to start the OAuth flow. Select a workspace and grant access to the databases you want PowerUp to work with.

Disconnecting: Click disconnect next to a workspace to revoke access. This removes PowerUp's ability to read or write data in that workspace. Existing flows and email configurations for that workspace will stop working.

Identity linking: Separately from the workspace connection, each person can link their individual Notion identity. This is used for sender identity in email compose — linking your Notion user to a personal from-address and signature.

Databases

Databases shows all Notion databases you've connected to PowerUp.

For each database you can:

  • Configure — set the email property (which field holds email addresses) and name property (used for display names)
  • Setup Email — enable email features for the database, which creates the communication tracking structure
  • Re-sync Records — refresh the database records from Notion
  • Remove — disconnect the database from PowerUp

Each database shows its flow count, email/name property mappings, and verification status.

Plans and Limits

Your plan determines your monthly quotas:

  • Emails per month — total emails sent across all databases
  • Actions per month — total automation actions executed (each brick execution counts as one action)
  • Database limit — number of databases you can connect

When you reach your email or action limit, further sends or flow executions are paused until the next billing cycle. You'll receive a notification when approaching your limit.

View your current usage on the Dashboard or Account page.

Notifications

Notifications shows alerts for events that need your attention:

  • Flow errors — when an automation fails during execution
  • Email bounces — when a sent email couldn't be delivered
  • Delivery failures — persistent delivery issues with a sending domain
  • Limit warnings — approaching your monthly email or action quota

Unread notifications show a dot indicator in the sidebar. Click a notification to see details and take action.
